 Congratulations to Joshua Park, concurrent RSEA student, for winning the 2024 [Thomas Temple Hoopes Prize](https://prizes.fas.harvard.edu/hoopes-prize)! Park received the prize for his submission entitled “Legitimacy of History: Collective Memories of the March First Movement and National Identity in South Korea, 1945–1960”—supervised and nominated by Professor Carter Eckert and Mr. Gene Kim.
