#  Published play translation by Junjie Jiang, RSEA '18

 Congratulations to RSEA alum Junjie Jiang (AM'18) on the publication of her English translation of the contemporary Chinese drama *Toilet* in the peer-reviewed journal *The Mercurian: A Theatrical Translation Review*, April 2019.

 *Toilet: A Play in Three Acts* (2004) is the first play in the contemporary Chinese playwright Guo Shixing’s (1952– ) “Dignity Trilogy,” followed by *Crematory* (2007) and *Homecoming* (2011). Jiang's is the first translation of this play into English.
