RSEA alum Evan Dawley's book published by HUP

Congratulations to Evan N. Dawley (AM '98, PhD '06) on the recent publication of his book "Becoming Taiwanese: Ethnogenesis in a Colonial City, 1880s-1950s" as Harvard East Asian Monographs 420 by Harvard University Press, April 2019. Evan Dawley is currently Associate Professor of History at Goucher College in Maryland.
