Rachel Leng
Rachel Leng is Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of SeiRogai Inc., a Japan-based media technology and digital transformation (DX) company specializing in immersive storytelling, virtual experiences, and international business development.
Under her leadership, SeiRogai has been recognized by leading Japanese government agencies and public-sector organizations for its expertise in digital transformation and global business expansion. The company serves as an official partner and advisor on initiatives supporting innovation and SME growth and was selected by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government as one of Japan's Top 15 Next Unicorn companies.
Prior to co-founding SeiRogai, Rachel led business development at a Japanese investment fund focused on healthcare and technology SMEs and served as a policy analyst at a leading government think tank in South Korea.
An internationally recognized speaker, writer, entrepreneur, and former Miss Singapore titleholder, Rachel is active in leadership, mentorship, and community-building initiatives across Asia, including serving as a Board Member and Co-Director of Events for the Harvard Club of Japan.
Rachel holds a B.A. from Duke University (Double Distinction with Highest Honors) and an M.A. from Harvard University, where she was awarded the GSAS Merit Fellowship.
